About me
Hi, I'm Mandie Sanderman—founder of Dimensional Learning LLC and a passionate advocate for meaningful science instruction that is grounded in phenomenon and student sensemaking.
With K–12 teaching endorsements and classroom experience spanning middle school, high school, and extensive work at the elementary level, I bring a well-rounded understanding of what high-quality science teaching looks like across grade bands. I specialize in helping educators implement the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) through hands-on, student-centered learning experiences that spark curiosity and deepen understanding.
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with schools, districts, organizations, preschools, and informal learning spaces to support educators through custom curriculum design, coaching, co-teaching, and professional learning workshops. My work is grounded in the belief that each student deserves science instruction that invites them to wonder, investigate, and make sense of the world around them and each teacher deserves the support they need to bring this to their classroom.
Whether you're just beginning your NGSS journey or looking to strengthen your practice, I’m here to support your goals and help bring science to life in your classrooms.
